Love it!! Just did this at the end of a scattered/hectic/frustrating Monday, and now I feel great 😃 The pacing on the exercises was perfect - I really like doing things slowly with control rather than rushing through reps. And - so so appreciated the reminder midway through that I was taking time out for myself, which is exactly what I need to focus more energy on - thank you ❤️

You are amazing!! I think my favourite part of this is that it IS just so fun - which means I want to go do more of it! Even if some days I can only do a little, it makes me happy - and more of that is always good!

Worked these into an inline session on Sunday and it was a surprising workout!!! I was even trying to not go too fast cause I'm wary of pebbles, but it was engaging my whole body and felt awesome😃
